Hey , how do you all deal with a new manager who has never worked with Starbucks Corp. and has a Macho man mentality ? He is rearranging everything and not discussing these changes with SSV’s unless we ask him about it 🤦🏼♀️ (self.starbucksbaristas)

call your DM and frame it as you asking for advice on how to interact best with your new manager and support the needs of the store. like slip in the complaints but phrase it that you’re truly just trying to make the best experience for your shifts, baristas, and customers

How on earth did someone so unprofessional and inexperienced get put into a starbuck's managerial position??

Also I feel this post. My current store has been a mess and at least half the shift team doesnt know how to deploy, order correctly or flex between positions properly and it shows.
