Honestly, this just might be an opinion of mine, but dude partners with numbers that start with 27***** (not all of you) can sometimes be the absolute fucking worst like one of the new partners at my store will come in and order a venti Frappuccino during peak in the morning before his shift or peak of lunch after his shift and it drives me absolutely insane

FOR REAL! BE REASONABLE! I work peak and early mornings so I come in at 5 where I know theees nobody there and I can get my own stuff and my coworkers aren’t super busy and stressed and then once I clock in I try to help so muchhhhh and I give them so much respect or at least I try to

omg i start with 27, but i swear i don’t always order anything mainly because i don’t have the desire to or its very obvious that by my 10 is up, im not able to drink it.

There’s so many new people at my store, almost all of them are 27......there’s barely any 19, let alone any 25 like me.

Yeah, coaching definitely shouldn't take place in the drive thru by partners not on the floor. They suck for adding to your stress.

i went to a bux in tx and the girl on front was really snappy with me and it was really off putting- before paying,, i told her i had partner numbers and she was like "WELL i have to see some form of identification first" which i thought was weird- ive never had to give id for my partner discount but even if i did,, shouldnt it be like after she enters my numbers and my name pops up ? idk it was just strange. she took my personal cup,, slammed it on the counter,, and said "thats HER cup" and pointed at me. i got super uncomfortable idk so i said something to the shift. i felt like crap afterwards bc i definitely understand how hard it is to keep up that customer service facade but still...

so I wrote this as a rant not like to down shame whomever they were but like if I go into other stores I give them respect and space because I know how hard our job is and I’d expect the same from any other partner, why can’t we all have decent respect most of us are all in the same boat working the same job??????

Yeah like honestly, he doesn’t retain anything and doesn’t know how to do anything and completely ignores everything everyone says. He shakes macchiatos and everything and everyone has said something about it (also he can only be on front because it makes it easier for everyone else) and like I’ve loved everyone who’s gotten hired after me except him. He was told to get off his phone once and then proceeded to tell everyone that he’s getting treated differently because he’s gay. Which isn’t the case. He’s just a bad employee. Also mind you, he’s 26 and this is his first job.

They also asked for a trena water with a nitro lid and we don’t even have nitro lids for trenta but I typed it in without thinking anyways because of the line... so I have no idea what store they work for

Fj wish I WAS LIKE PARTNERS SHOULDNT DO THAT WHAT!? I NEVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER STORE AND USE MY NUMBERS AND TELL THEM HOW TO DO THEIR JOB OR COMPLAIN I KNOW HOW MY JOB WORKS SO I GIVE THEM TIME AND RESPECT WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOURE GONNA DISRESPECT ME AT MY OWN STORE!!!!???? What!?

They had numbers? And they were talking out of the driver side and then the dude in the back seat. Told me I wasn’t doing my job right and I was rolling my eyes, but they ordered a trenta water and my partner on bar was like that’s not right and I was like oh ya well I just repeated it back cause it was the last thing on their order so I didn’t bother to correct them because I saw 6 cars pull up behind them and I took his number and sent the order since you have to do ask me for a nitro lid and I just did it, and so I was taking as many orders as I could since they were the start of the line and then did their payment hand their drinks and they pulled forward a bit and the guy in the back seat started telling me I was rolling my eyes and I explain what happened and he rolled his eyes and said I didn’t give good customer service and said he works in a Chicago store and my bar partner was like what? Because they’re numbers are fairly new and like we’re a drive thru in the suburbs not a cafe store In Chicago
