We have a bunch of those in our storage room... is there a reason you use them for mocha? We make in a cube then pour into the hot bar or cold bar containers

There used to be really tall pumps with round
kids that fit on the top of those metal containers. So you make the mocha in the round container and then just put the lid with the pump on top.

They used to fit into circular holes drilled into the counter at my first store. Then eventually they just got used for making mocha in cause it was big enough, or or just storage.

Ahhhh the memories! I made so much mocha in these puppies back in my krobucks days.
