I’ve been through five days of training and someone just asked me to cover their shift tomorrow. Am I even able to take it? (self.starbucksbaristas)

It depends on the shift length really. I would call your store and talk to whoever the shift supervisor is. They'd know.

It’s 7 hours on a Sunday so it’ll probably be busy and I haven’t done much training on bar :(

I'd just ask the shift. Do you think you could handle a 7 hour shift? If your trainer isnt there you wont bar more than likely. Probably just do what you've already done. Cleaning, stuff like that.
