Call Partner resources/Sedgwick. They gave me 6 weeks off when my husband got pneumonia and then I ended up hospitalized.

It sounds serious enough that you might want to consider short term disability. Sounds like your supervisor is more concerned about having the shift covered by someone than your health and well being.

Wait they already approved this time off and they scheduled you anyway? Or you had these days off and just because your using it for another reason they want you to come in anyway even tho you had it off? No. Either way... no. If it’s been approved your manager is in charge of finding coverage and if they are on leave then you tell them you won’t be there. You had those days off. But regardless you say NO because uhhhh it sounds pretty damn bad. I had a partner (shift) call off because he got a paper cut on his hand... nothing happened... if wasn’t even bad it was so small haha. You need to take care of yourself.
If they are more worried about coverage that’s messed up.

I saw you mentioned music midtown. If you need coverage for a shift in ATL. I recommend looking up Starbucks ATL facebook groups. That’s where my girlfriend goes to find shift coverage.

They can deny your request off (unless it was approved already) otherwise, you have to call PCC

You need to see a doctor. It’s not your job to find coverage when you can’t come into work for such a serious condition.

Even if you call out sick it is not your responsibility to find someone. You can try! But it does not fall in you.
