You shouldn't be requesting time off for medical reasons. You should be on a Leave of Absence, and tlaking to PCC LoA team.

Yeah do everything these other 4 people said. Don’t let then get away with that. To many managers are breaking policy in that company and abusing the barristas

It shouldn’t have to be approved. Your manager just needs to file you a leave of absence and she is supposed to find coverage for your shifts

Tell your SM you want the DMs number to discuss the matter lol
They’re change the tune once you contact the DM.
