an actual conversation i had w/ a customer today:
cust: can i get a small java chip frapp without the coffee
me: sure, a tall double chocolate chip frapp
cust: no that has too much chocolate
me: actually the only difference between the two is java has coffee and double chocolate is cream base. did you want me to put half the pumps of mocha?
cust: no thats okay can i just get the java chip frap without coffee?

Honestly I just ring it up how Iām supposed to and if they have a problem with it once they get their drink they can talk to my shift lol

Honestly at that point I just put it in like they say so whoever is on bar knows what kind of customer they are

You know they actually could have been trying to order what they said. Like they wanted the coffee base but no frap roast. Might be the same amount of chocolate but a tad more bitterness to it.
