Just until a moment ago I realized you guys are using Farenheit '-'

This really isn't that bad lol it's a hot chai so half water half milk, pour to the grande line, steam extra hot.

Fuck that 200° shit we can't even go over 175° unless you sanitise the pitcher after, and can't go over 185° at all for barista safety

That’s my point, chai is easy until I have to steam milk to 200 with no foam. My general rule is if your instructions have to be written under your name then they are gonna be a pain.

You can't steam it to 200° though, which is why you should just steam it to extra hot (165°F)

I'm a difficult chai customer just coz I do iced no ice lmao so I'm seeing this post in comparison to myself

that’s even easier. saves the ice step lol

That’s not difficult. The only drink easier than iced chai no ice is a cup of water, no ice. 😬 I love making iced chai. Especially after a bunch of complicated drinks.

Well I do a grande iced chai no ice 5 chai 2 vanilla whole milk with light cinnamon powder, it's just a mouthful. Worse this time a year coz now I do an iced grande pumpkin spice chai, no ice, 5 chai, 2 pumpkin spice, whole milk splash of eggnog with pumpkin spice topping
