Yeesh. Did your bar sink only smell when this guy was around? That's a pretty specific assumption to make.

I think I it was because he was there during the rush, which happened to be the time we use that sink the most. We’re a pretty slow store otherwise. It’s also about five feet from where he sits and it wouldn’t have been the first time he came in ACTUALLY having an odor.

It’s a super awkward one, but he’s disrupting your Third Place for your customers so your SM needs to address it, if not your DM. Just got to go at it as professional and compassionately as possible, and it would be a good idea to get your DM’s guidance on how she’d like you to proceed. Good luck!!!

It's against policy to ask him to leave unless hes making other customers uncomfortable. And even then its iffy. I'd talk to your SM or DM

If you cant concentrate on working because he smells, you can ask him to leave.
