Whoever did your tips did them incorrectly.

I didn't wanna assume but I feel like that's right

Was gonna say the same. None of those amounts match up to a possible amount per hour correctly between each other.

Does your store do holiday tips?

Partners who work on holidays split the tips on those days. You won’t get any.

I worked on memorial day, a full 8

Sounds very fishy, unfortunately...

Was part of your shift training?

OPs tippable hours are 35.20. Training doesn't matter.

How much were tips per hour? Or How much total money was counted when your partner did tips?

How much did all the tip bags come out to when added together? You take that number and divide it by the total tippable hours on the bottom of the sheet you sent a screenshot of. That gives you your tips per hour. Multiple tips per hour by hours worked and round up/down.
