Starbucks corporate stores have some sort of beef with licensed stores like tarbux. It’s very odd to me. I work at a corporate store and now work at a tarbux, too! It’s interesting how different everything is, but the pay is good. The computer sucks, tho. Good luck with that if you get the job!! 😂

The interviews they conduct are pretty much the exact same as their interviews they conduct for regular target workers. They do really favor people with experience already. I was probably the only worker they hired who had zero experience in both Target and Starbucks. Just be polite and like other Starbucks, stress customer service.
