When I first started as a barista, I cooked a choco chip cookie (was old recipe that had a bit more butter & we were supposed to cook them with 2 pieces of parchment paper) & only used one piece & the whole paper caught flame in the oven & there was a ring of fire around the cookie & I freaked the fuck out
