For all the alt mills do they need to be refrigerated when we get the shipments or can we keep them out of the fridge? Reason I’m asking is because our fridge is very full at the moment

You can keep them unrefrigerated while they are sealed but once opened they need to be refrigerated.

They are supposed to be refrigerated for 4 hours prior to use.
