issues with spotify premium (self.starbucksbaristas)

for like a week now spotify has been stuck on the free version no matter what i do. i checked my subscription status and it says with a green circpe and checkmark that i have spotify premium through starbucks and to please refer to starbucks for questions regarding my status. what exactly should i do?

You need to call customer support I bet they can help a lot more than we can . I’m not trying to be rude but I had issues years ago and they fixed it less than a minute just call the number online :) don’t forget to tell them it’s linked to a Starbucks partner account.

Mine was like that and I went through and signed up for Premium just like I was a brand new and it worked again. Did you try to subscribe again?
