I love being a SSV however i get treated very differently because I don’t really connect well with my other shifts as well as I do with the partners at the store. My SM hates the fact that I’m close with some partners and tries to alienate me from them by scheduling them different times from me. Don’t get me wrong my other shift supervisors are nice people we just don’t have anything in common but I do respect them (to an extent) they all kiss up to our SM and I’m the only one who doesn’t. And by kiss up I mean they gossip with my SM about other partners and talk about each other constantly. And because I don’t partake in those things they don’t like me because of it. Today was the final straw when our SM sent in our group message pictures of the floors and it was clearly directed towards me. All the shifts and SM put all the mistakes on me and I’m sick of it. My question is how do I bring up transferring to her. I don’t want to leave on bad terms but at this point I’m staring to hate working.
