Scheduling rant! (self.starbucksbaristas)

All weekend we've hit well over 1000 customers, our store usually averages out at around 800. Last night we had one closer and everyone other barista left around 7. So the rest of the night was a one or two person floor. And we were busy. Insanely busy. We got a message this morning that a part of the inventory wasn't done and that we stayed too late. We close at 10 and we stayed until 11:30. My SM won't take accountability for the scheduling. She won't take accountability for anything ever. I've closed every day this weekend. And it was the same if not similar shit. On Friday (our busiest day) my SM asked the opener, who was there until 1 to come back at 6 to help close. Because it was my SM's day off and she didn't feel like coming in. The opener had to get a taxi home because she was so tired she thought she was going to fall asleep while driving. And all this time we're getting yelled at to make sure we don't go over hours so that she doesn't have to pay us overtime. We have 2 SS. We're going to go over hours. This place is bullshit.
