When can I start looking for a new job? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So, I started working around August 12 at a licensed Starbucks, but the management is basically nonexistant and there is no organization. All our experienced baristas that have been working for over a year are leaving and the supervisors (? not sure if thats the right term) are also switching. I'm the most experienced out of all the new hires, and I'm already pretty used to everything so they have me training the others and also closing pretty much by myself and only get paid minimally. I'm wondering how long I should wait before switching to a better Starbucks? Working for only a month looks bad, but I have my reasons to leave. Also not sure if this matters but I'm certified

I work at a corporate bux so I’m not sure if it’s the same. I think policy is waiting 3 months to transfer but there’s no limit as to when you can quit. I’m just not sure if you’d be rehireable at another starbucks in the future. Best of luck!

Yeah I think it is different since I'm at a licensed Starbucks and technically I've never been hired by Starbucks before. Thanks though!
