Used to work for a tarbucks too. The longer you’re there, the better it will get trust me! There were many occasions that I was alone for over an hour- so on register and bar! While it’s frustrating that the managers think they can do whatever they want, i sometimes felt like I learned more being alone than with someone else there! Also, you guys get free coffee?? We were told because we get the normal target perks we don’t get any of the Starbucks perks! We’d get “free” coffee when someone new was getting trained and they had to sample everything, or when a new drink was coming out, but never like a whole drink!
