Question About Time Off Requests (self.starbucksbaristas)

If you put in a time off request and later it shows Cancelled, does that mean it was denied? I’m just trying to figure out if my manager nixed it or if I did something wrong.

Just a couple of days ago. It’s for Thanksgiving - I don’t want it all off, I just wanted off by a certain time I just haven’t had a chance to follow up with my manager.
I’m guessing they just don’t allow requests for holidays, which is fine. I just figured it would say “denied” rather than “canceled” unless I put it in wrong or something g.

At all the stores I worked at there is a sign up sheet for holidays and you have to pick like 2 or 3 holidays to work. I don’t know if that’s for everywhere but it’s Halloween and thanksgiving Christmas Eve and Christmas New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. I know team works is set to deny holiday requests at my store just because we have the signup sheet about to be posted
