So it’s been like almost a month since I started working but I feel bad bc I still don’t know everything and I still need clarifications on some things—I’ve closed by myself two times already but idk I just feel bad about not necessarily knowing everything by now 😭

You won’t know everything about the job until you’ve been working about 6 months, most likely. It’s a LOT to remember and you just need time to practice. Don’t worry about not knowing everything, and just focus on asking questions when you need to. You’re doing fine.

"It takes six months to be good at this job" is the first thing I tell every single one of my trainees. Ask questions as often as you need and ask them preemptively if you're not sure! We'd much rather you ask than guess and do things wrong, especially because there's a chance no one will notice to correct you and then you'll think you've done it right.

Just take your time when it comes to doing new things and make sure you're doing them RIGHT so you don't have to unlearn anything later. You'll get faster and better soon enough.
