Oh my god idk our store makes us transfer the syrup into different containers and replace the pumps every morning

Are you talking about sauces? Metal pumps or the disposable plastic ones on the syrup bottles? Two VERY DIFFERENT things.

we run through 4-6 (or more) back ups of each sauce every day. and a new clean pump goes into the bucket every single time. i cannot imagine how nasty it would be to have the same pump that long.

For syrups, they are supposed to be changed every time. It used to be different though. Sometimes we transfer the vanilla one, as we go through multiple bottles a day.

The syrup bottle pumps??? Who is suppose to change them? We try and clean like the saucy and fr pumps every night

My store manager won’t let us, she says we’re supposed to rinse them out and then reuse them until they need to be replaced 😅

My store just moves them from bottle to bottle until they break, if they get sticky run the pump under hot water

Panic attacks suck WHATEVER the circumstances but suck even more as a barista on peak because we are expected to ‘perform’.

This makes me want to burn my store. We only have one pump for each thing so we do not clean them more than 2 times a week.

Pumps dont get changed daily, only once in awhile or break
