To what extent are our responses confidential? (i.e, will managers be able to see who has signed up for partner perspectives and who has responded? I'm concerned that I'm the one in my store signed up for partner perspectives and I don't want to be singled out)

As far as I'm aware, it's a completely anonymous survey that goes to corporate/district level and there is no identifying information. Who does the surveys is stored elsewhere for the raffle thing. I've said some pretty harsh things about my stores before and never heard anything about it.

This. I went real hard on my store in the most recent one and I have done so previously and haven’t heard a peep. At the same time, I do wonder if there’s any way that the things I say will get relayed to my DM anonymously so that some change could happen.
