also me when Karen and her litter of kids order 10 customized cold bar drinks and a billion possibly un-batchable warming items and there's people behind her whose wait times are now approaching 8 minutes because we had to 1) take her order which took her 5 minutes to explain and 2) cook all that shit


then the next person after her has a conference in 10 minutes *and now she's late thanks a lot Kaywin*
