What are your go-to phrases? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Green bean here
I've been spending a lot of time on register, and find I'm using a lot of the same phrases when dealing with customers; I could probably mix it up a bit.
So when things are busy and you don't have time to properly connect, what phrases do you use?
For greetings, asking for name, how they're paying etc.

“hi welcome in” “good morning! how’s your day so far?” “hey there how are you doing today?” “and could i get a name for your order?” “real quick could i get your name?” “by the way, what’s your name? “ have a great one!” “see you later!” “take care!” i fee like this is a good start. i say all of this like 10,000 times a day

Snap finger, point at customer, and reel them in because it's peak and I shouldn't be getting away with this.

Our DM has been trying to enforce our store to use the greeting “Hi, Welcome to Starbucks. My name is _____. What is your name?” but it’s just too damn wordy and seems unnatural in my opinion. I usually just start off with “Hey there, what can I get started for you?”. If they seem pretty friendly then I hit them with the “hows your day going?” and try to establish customer connection.

“Thank you for choosing Starbucks this morning, what can I get for you today?” Tbh it’s too long but oh well. Gotta “be nice”

I feel like the more I can stall at the box the more bar keeps up with production. I'll wait 15 second to acknowledge if we're getting our ass kicked

Fellow green bean here lol for a greeting I usually go with hi! What can I get started for you? Or a hi how are you today? As for asking for name it’s usually a can I have your name for the order please? As for payment, customers usually just hand me payment after I say their total lol anyway what are your go-to phrases??

I don't have any greetings to share that aren't super generic but as far as like, responding to "thank you"s because you're generally supposed to thank the customer according to Starb Standards, at my store we've taken to saying "my pleasure" instead of stuff like "thank you" or "no problem"
