Go in to all the stores you’d like to work at and ask if they will accept a transfer. Once you find one, their manager and your manager can begin the process. So until you do that there is no transfer officially in progress, and it is a bit of a process! So the sooner you find a store the sooner the ball gets rolling.

You are the person who is responsible for finding a new store, talking to that manager, and having them fill out your transfer.

Your manager is pulling your leg or has absolutely no idea what to do.
