Hi guys! So I've gotten my own espresso machine and everything and I've been needing to buy syrups. syrups and sauces are crazy expensive online.. so I was wondering what is the policy on buying syrups/sauces.. I know sauces are probably a no go?? what about syrups. I've heard like that it depends how much we have in stock? is there specific syrups we can only sell to customers/partners? what about the chai boxes I'm guessing those are also a no? and do the syrup dispensers come with it or is it an extra charge? Thanks a lot guys!

You can buy the bottles as long as they scan on the register. Some of the seasonal ones won’t scan. Vanilla for sure will and I think hazelnut.

Not sure if this is “legal” but when I used to close and we were dumping mocha/chai/teas/etc. that went out that night, we would sometimes pour some into a cup and take it home. This could be a way to get a little bit of the sauces!

When we run out of an ingredient for a seasonal drink, the rest of the supplies disappear, so you may not be able to buy sauces/Chai, but that doesn't mean you can't have it...
Obviously ask your SM. It all used to be for sale on our website but since that doesn't exist anymore, maybe they'll give you a work - around

You can only buy syrups if there is enough stock and that’s it. No sauces or anything else. Also you’re not “supposed” to take the pumps because we’re not supposed to give them to customers either, but 🤷🏼♂️

Oh we always ( all three stores and every partner for the last 6 years) have said if we can sell the bottle you better have a pump for it lol. We have always given a pump. This was from all three of my dms in different districts allowing and telling us the rules about it too. If someone buys a bottle of vanilla you better have the pump lol

I just got off my shift, I was able to get a vanilla syrup with the dispenser.. I was thinking of getting two vanilla syrups but my shift wasnt sure if we were getting an order in for syrups the next day so I only got one.. I really wanna be able to get the other syrups if possible u know. And I wanna ask my SM or something but I dont wanna be annoying or anything.
