We have a team member who calls them that when taking orders. I can forgive guests, but if you're working for Starbucks, you're getting paid to represent a brand. If you wanna sell a "Frappe," go work at McDonald's.

I worked at McDonalds for 2 years so battling the urge to call it a frappe is so annoying just because of habit.
