the same thing happened to me when i first started! the guy came up and before i could even say welcome he spits out his order FAST. luckily i was pretty good and caught everything, i just read it back to him to make sure. he rolled his eyes and said "yes" in a very annoyed tone. he comes the next day and a different new partner is ringing him up and asks me for help. i remembered his order so i was showing them where to find the buttons and he says "really?? its not that hard" i explained to him that we were new and i apologized but again he just rolled his eyes. after that i learned from other partners that he is very rude and purposely does this to green beans. he likes to cause problems and there are only a handful of ppl at my store who he likes... hardly anyone at my store likes him tho. even hearing his name scares us lol
