This is gonna be a dumb question, but what makes this good for 48 hrs vs 24? After 24 ours has a tendency to not foam quite right anymore, is it the way its mixed?

Your guess is as good as mine. I guess someone realized it would be ok for more than 24 hours but with that logic whips should also now be 48 knowing full well they will never last that long.

I’m torn between “that’s awesome!” And laughing because we go through a 2L pitcher of it in, like, 45 minutes. 😂 I have never in my entire 2 years at SB had VSC last even 12 hours.
