Of you search the new customer support role on the Hub, there’s so awesome info and even some schematics of how to set it up. It’s a great resource! Also talks about how to calculate how much stuff to have in the restock area, and how to figure out when to restock.

Stock it with things u go through a lot... for my store (being in arizona) we hardly sell hot beverages.... with that being said we keep 3 sleeves of venti iced cups, 4 sleeves of trenta, one venti hot, flat/dome for g/v, trenta, nitro g/v, 4 bottles of vanilla, 2 of caramel, white mocha, pumpkin spice, and 2 of toffee nut. Id evaluate what ur store uses most. We also have a section in drive where we keep hella inclusions, all scoopables (vb, matcha etc) 2 boxes of acai, a box of md and vb, as well as 2 boxes of chai, caramel bottles and frap roast.
