It will be stressful and uncomfortable having to learn so many drinks. It is very challenging and you will not feel comfortable for quite some time. You will wonder if you've made a mistake taking this job and it just won't feel right for you.

Then a few months will go by and you will feel at home. You'll know all the drinks, be fast as heck, love the hands-on workflow, yet still proceed to talk mad shit about everything.

At least once during the first 2 weeks you are going to feel overwhelmed and like maybe you can't do this. You can, ignore that, it gets better. Don't be afraid to say I don't remember. I'm 6 weeks in and I still say "*drink name* again?" to the closest person and they will rattle off the pumps/shots/topping to me.
