Hey guys it’s just me and my shift here and we need to know how to recalibrate the espresso machine can’t find it online

idk if this is what you mean but when we calibrate the shots we press the regular and decaf double shot buttons three times each and the machine should say which way to turn the nobs

Mastrena II has three hoppers on top. ( one for blonde, signature, and decaf)
The OG Mastrena has one round hopper on top with a small compartment inside for blonde or decaf
