Quit and get a job at a regular Starbucks. Or just quit altogether, starbucks sucks as a company. The corporate culture is bullshit, the barista/employee culture is annoying and exclusive, the customers generally are terrible. Sbux is a second job to me, which is the only reason why I work there. I make more money bagging groceries at my primary job than all of my shift supervisors make at sbux. This place sucks.
