Partner contact center can help to some extent-I’d call them to figure out exactly what hours are missing. I haven’t worked there in awhile so things might be different, but an sm or dm will likely have to actually enter the hours unless it’s a whole store issue, but they should be able to figure out what might be causing it and help facilitate the time entry and an on demand payment if necessary. There’s not a direct line to payroll as the pcc handles the majority of payroll issues. Would be good to let your dm know as well though in case they need to call in to approve a payment.
