I had someone ask for a blonde coffee with pumpkin cold foam. Lol no. We said no. She was cool. I gave her a blonde with sweet cream and 1 pump pumpkin syrup.

Instead of saying no I would just warn them that it's for cold drinks and it's going to melt and their coffee won't be full when they go to drink it. People order dumb stuff all the time but we barely ever will say no unless they try to get something steamed too hot or something like that.

I've also made a "hot version" of the pumpkin cream by making a half full vanilla americano and filling the rest with steamed sweet cream that has the pumpkin sauce steamed in.
