I do not feel safe around partner at my store. One told me I should get fired for offering a pup cup at DTW. She bullies a 16 yr old kid that started and says he should /could get fired for something else. She has been there for years. So many details I am not saying but I just want to get it out of my head and move on. She stares and nit picks every time I work with her, and I hate it. Her energy feeds this other partner and they start with all this questioning if I try to make a drink. "why didn't you use the leftover sweet creme in the the pitcher? that is wasting it!' I am like, handcrafted, one drink at a time. Speak with SSV after they left and SSV confirms I was making drink correctly. Ugh, so tiring.

I had a similar experience but with a ssv. She would always tell me “you’re not going fast enough,” “you’re not making this right” (i was making them right and my fellow partners confirmed I was)

It got to the point where I asked my SM to try and not have me work with said ssv. We had two sit downs and it got a little better. But would go right back to the way it was.

The last time she told me I was making something wrong and wasn’t going fast enough I finally told her “I’m trying my best and im already apprehensive about my drinks. if you want it done a certain way at a faster speed, either do it yourself or have me switch positions with someone else” after that she finally backed off

You should talk to your SM about this partners behavior. It’s not okay. They are creating a hostile work environment and y’all don’t need that negativity
