How do you get discounts in other stores? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve given my partner number in the past but I feel awkward about it so I went and added my partner card to my mobile app but when I just used it I didn’t get any discount. How am I supposed to do it?

If you are mobile ordering and didn’t get your discount, you need to change the settings on Starbucks.com/ca/etc to partner.

just say you have partner numbers on your phone and they’ll hit the discount and you can scan you card for the discount then pay after. it won’t do it automatically!

You still have to let them know you’re a partner and when they ask for your number you just scan your card! Hope this helps:)

Mine took a couple days to work once I added it to the mobile app.
