This is my first rant but lord. A man and his girlfriend came and ordered a venti SALTED CARAMEL MOCHA FRAP. Mind you, it’s quite busy for a Sunday morning. The girl on the register is still training and gets nervous, so I helped find the button. I asked if they wanted the frap, and he said yes. I make it, give it to them and they both take a sip. A few minutes later, he says he ordered the iced version, so I make an iced Salted Caramel Mocha. They both take a sip. A few minutes later, same thing. He calls me back and says they wanted an iced Salted Caramel White Mocha. HE EXPECTED ME TO LET THEM KEEP ALL 3! I can’t 🤦🏼♀️

They knew what they were doing 100%. I would have taken a lot of pleasure in dumping all of the drinks down the drain while maintaining eye contact.

Oh trust me, I poured them out. I contemplated on the frap, but the second time I realized they were just trying to sample it all for free. I can’t STAND people

I feel your annoyance, brah. Whenever that happens to me I usually ask if I can see it and they tend to hand it to me. Once they hand it to me I throw it away and make another drink. I feel like customer like that take advantage of baristas.

I just volunteered to dump it down the drain, and they looked at each other all confused. I was so mad
