Always blend on 3 for cold foams. 4 is only used for the cloud macchiatos

Oh heck. Lol. The only time I’ve seen that happen is when a barista made salted cream cold foam with 4 many salt packets. 😂

for some weird reason every time i blend some kind of cold foam it ends up way frothier/stiffer than when my coworkers do it (i have no clue why) but i feel like it isn’t a bad thing?
