We asked them to come in the lobby but they complained it was " too hard " because we have a right turn only so they would of had to make a u turn

Yeah like another commenter mentioned, I would’ve made them pull around. I’d have my CS take it out to them so it would avoid them saying it’s “too hard” (wtf?!) caaaaause those poor people behind them! Some people are so inconsiderate.
