Question about giving customers free drinks (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi, I'm a green bean and I am so confused about how my fellow partners give customers free drinks. Is there a button for that that I can't see? I'm not trying to do it all the time but I for future reference or in case I majorly fuck up someone's order, I'd like to know....

Right now recovery is for things like remakes but use it super sparingly because it’s tracked and your SM can see exactly how many times you use it and for what amount. Some people just don’t ring it through and others will void the transaction but voids are also tracked just not as closely

Maybe it's the "right now recovery" button? I think it's under discounts. That's what we use for someone who's pissed, a regular that forgets their wallet, dropping money outside of the window, etc.
