I think managers need to pressure corporate so that managers can get this nipped. Take thw order through the drive thru. Pay at the window. Tell them come into the store in ten minutes. But no, they cannot wait in the drive thru. Also, they should then be told not to make those big orders in the drive thru anymore. They have to come in.

DO YOU GUYS HAVE DOORDASH IT IS TERRIBLE! People order 10+ drinks and it fucks everything up and it’s also so dumb because the drinks are definitely not good anymore once they reach the people. Like wtf.

we had a girl who ordered nine drinks all wildly different and it was windy and snowing badly outside and she caused like a 12 car line and more coming in

she needed to be asked to pull the f around. we had a lady order a venti pour over in dt and they told her she had to pull around because others were waiting for their drinks. she didn’t mind she understood.

We’ve told people to pull to the front and park and we bring it out to them when we finish. The worst is ordering more items at the window, especially those egg bites

Fam, I was on drive through bar and this started with a “you’re gonna hate me”. We love those 🙃. Most of the time it’s just doing separate orders but today was 10 grande pumpkin spice lattes with whip and one tall americano. They had food too but that wasn’t my station. Like bitch if you and your sorority wants drinks, y’all can come in and carpool together but get the fuck outta drive through.
