I agree, however it also depends on the demographic. If the person who wrote the post lives in a prominent caucasian area of course they are going to encounter difficult customers that are white and write about it. I work in a prominent hispanic area and I also get my fair share of shitty POC customers that are rude/racist to me, a POC. Condescending and entitled customers come in all ethnicities, caucasians just seem to be more common due to where Starbucks decides to open their stores.
