Gaaah. As the title says...for my former baristas who left for a better job, or for our baristas who have a main job and work maybe one shift or so a week, how'd you do it?!

Currently in school for paralegal but jeez I'm trying so hard to find a full time job and it isn't happening right now.

I thought going to a cafe store would make me happier but it hasn't. I moved back up to shift because I had to, not because I wanted to.

I dread going to work everyday ugh give some inspiration to stick it out, to a human who is feeling very deflated working for the Bux again

Find a serving job or something. Evenings after school and make much better money than at Starbucks and can do part time and survive. Starbucks isn’t a place to work if you depend on it to survive unfortunately. Good if you just need benefits.

I need to survive and it doesn't cut it :/ I just got promoted and wouls feel really bad to have to all of a sudden switch my availability but I really need the guaranteed hours.

Im only making 12.00/hour and my hours are not guaranteed.

If you’ve been following the company you’d know that they planned buybacks in 2020.

Let’s just say, there’s a reason this is illegal in other countries.

Buybacks? Can you please elaborate? During my time away I did not follow the company.
