Yesterday during peak, a customer mobile ordered while he was in the store thinking he wouldn't have to wait like everyone else, then when the line finally cleared he came up to me at the register and said "I wanted to use my reward for my free drink on this but I forgot can you fix it?" 😐😐😐😐

My shift lead was standing right there, still trying to work on a few drinks and she goes "I'm sorry sir, but there's no way for me to edit your mobile order it's not on my register system" and he's silent for 3 seconds and goes "but I wanted to use my rewards. I have a free drink. Can't you just fix it?"... she was like "I mean that's not really our fault but ok.. I'd have to refund you the whole order and ring you up again. Wouldn't you like to have a free drink waiting for you next time?" " No I want to use my rewards."

Like, come ON dude. You cheated the line that was actually moving pretty gay fast, and you got your karma for doing so. You're an old, rich man who isn't going to be totally fucked because he accidentally spent $5 on a drink when you could've gotten it for free... Just... save. the. reward.

Had someone come in today and they got a hot expresso, 7 shots with 7 pumps of vanilla and classic. Simple, but very time consuming. I called it out, she walks up and says "Um, I wanted this to be ICED".
