There’s no hot coffee equivalent to a frappucino. A café misto is half steamed milk and half brewed coffee. Frappuccinos are made with an extremely low concentration of coffee compared to the sheer volume of milk, ice, and sugar. (It’s so much sugar)
If the caffeine is giving you a headache I recommend espresso drinks with either one shot, a half caf shot, or decaf espresso, which still has a very small concentration of caffeine.
This is not the subreddit to ask a question like this. This is for starbucks baristas to share their experiences, not for somebody to ask a question they could well ask an employee on the clock. Have a nice day.

Hey so the coffee frap is just our frap roast (coffee base), whole milk, our syrup base to help it blend, and ice.
I would definitely recommend a misto with steamed whole milk, that's just half brewed coffee and half steamed milk. So it's just straight up coffee and milk like your frap.
I personally would still recommend a latte. I just think it tastes better than our brewed coffee. Have you tried the blonde espresso? It's a little lighter and sweeter. Also you can always ask for just one espresso shot if you don't want too much.
Like a grande blonde latte, single shot, with whole milk. (Or any kind of milk, whole milk is just what's in your coffee frap.)
