Go to the partner hub & print out the refill policy, show it to your SM & explain your frustration. I'm also all for "making the moment right" but not every time. That is stealing. If your SM tries to argue I would definitely try asking your DM what to do at that point because that's not right

honestly just let it go, we dump out so much coffee at the end of the day it’s not even worth it. starbucks is the one losing money over it because at the end of the day we still get paid. what i’ve learned over the past 3 years working for this company is that some policies just don’t exist when it comes to customers because all they care about is “making the moment right” so just save yourself the headache :)
