i never got the training :D so uhhhh rip me. if someone feels like briefing me on what goes with what i would b v appreciative.

I try to remind all the baristas at my store to not overthink the holiday drinks. If you can make any other latte or frapp, you will be good I promise! It’s just different syrups/sauces. Caramel brûlée topping is called just that, and the chestnut praline is also just self titled. The main thing to remember is the holiday topping which is red/pink and WHITE, is for the toasted white mocha, and the dark chocolate curls are for peppermint mochas!
The biggest one to learn about is the eggnog, because it’s not straight eggnog. Make sure to go through the process for cutting it and everything. Also, it gets nutmeg!

I just got my holiday training today using the in-store iPad. Unless you’re the one redecorating the store then you don’t need to worry about anything other than recipe cards.

It took 4 hours. The display for merch took over an hour alone. We only have two shelf displays so all of our cups are packed onto the shelves.

Most of the toppings have the same name or similar to the sauce they go with, you'll figure it out quick. Does your store have the drink cards?

Do you know how to make a mocha and add peppermint to it? If yes you're essentially good for the holiday drinks
