Policy on Working at Other Cafes? (self.starbucksbaristas)

What’s the policy for folks at the barista level? I remember reading in the hiring contract that we couldn’t but have been informed otherwise recently. I’m just confused. 🤷♀️

I don’t understand this question.... why would you get paid for working at a different place. What do you mean by ‘policy’?

Exactly. I remember there being something in the contract that we couldn’t work at other cafes because of conflict of interest. I was recently told it only applies to managers and shifts. Just looking for clarification.
