Most people lift the steam wand too far out of the milk. The paper tearing sound should be soft and not a loud ripping because that introduces too many big bubbles and no good microfoam

Also don’t forget to groom your milk! I know no one does it during a rush, but taking a few seconds to tap and swirl the pitcher before you pour makes a big difference

so how I was taught is that you put the wand touching the bottom of the metal cup that you steam with and slowly move up until you hear like a paper tear sound...PARTNERS PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG but I think for lattes you aerate it for 3 seconds and for a cappuccino it’s aerate for 8 seconds

8-10 sec for a cappuccino, but other than that, perfect!
